How To Comment

Now that you know how to create a post, let's learn how to comment!

First click the title of the post you want to comment on off the blog feed.

Next Scroll down the page, and you will see a blank white box. Write your comment.

Click post comment and you are done! You now know how to comment!

Making a Post

This is a really easy part.

1st: In the upper right hand side there should be a blue text that says new post. Click it.

2nd: In the Title bar name the subject of your post. Example: Mine is called Making a Post.

3rd: Write what you want in the big white empty space, smack dab in the middle of the screen.

4th: When you are done you can check the post options to make sure everything is how you want it to be. For example, I WANT reader comments, so I clicked the allow button. Usually once you chose what you want it stays that way for the rest of the posts.

5th: You can label your posts with key words. My key words for this post are create, post, making. You don't have to do this and I usually don't.

6th: Now click Publish Post. It's the orange button.

7th: Click the View Post button when you're done with your new post.

Customizing your blog

Now, after you've created a blog, you can either start posting or you can organize and design your template to fit you a little more.

1st: click the customize how your blog looks button.

2nd: (this is how I designed mine, you could do something different though) Click Templates, then chose a template. I went Awesome Inc. To get what I did go to the right of the screen and there should be a little grey arrow. Click once and then chose Awesome Inc. Right underneath Awesome Inc. are some picture, I chose the fifth one.

3rd: Now, on the left hand side, underneath the templates tab, click background. Chose a main color theme. I chose the second one on the top row, a burnt orange color. Under background image there should be a picture of your background in the original color. Click the little grey arrow on the right of the black box if you want to change this. On the right there will be different categories to chose from. I chose the category entertainment then I chose the image that looks like a close up of a chandelier, which I think it is.

4th: Now you click the next tab, underneath Background theme, called adjust widths. Move the little bars around to adjust the size of the gadgets to how you want them.

5th: Now we move to the layout tab. For my body layout, I chose the layout with two grey side bars. For my footer layout I chose the middle one with two gray sections.

6th: Go to the Advanced tab if you still would like to make changes. When you're done making your changes click the Apply To Blog button on the upper right hand corner. After that you should click the blue text that says view blog, right next to the button you just pressed.

How to create a blog

Creating a blog is really easy. Let me take you through it step by step. :D

1st thing you do is, of course, is visit blogger.com

2nd thing you do is fill out the information needed. Press the orange Create Blogger button. There will be a list of things to fill out. Your display name (the name everyone else see's), email, passwords...ect. ,but no really personal information. Finally you press, continue.

3rd thing you do is name your blog. What is it going to be called? Then press continue on the little orange arrow.

4th Now you'll chose a template. What do you want the lay out to look like? Press continue and VOILA!!! YOUR BLOG HAS BEEN CREATED!!!
